Rainbow Court is a purpose built block of 30 apartments, built in 1971 by JT Tibbetts & Sons (Builders) LTD. We’re a family run business with 45 years’ experience letting property. During this time we’ve only let purpose build flats, houses and shops which we have personally constructed. We are not buy-to-let landlords, our values are traditional – our ethos is in fairness and providing excellent service.

Each apartment benefits having an off-street parking space at the rear of the building, with unrestricted parking on the road for additional vehicles.
As owners of the block we place high priority on block management, and our responsibility in keeping the property kept to a high-standard, for the benefit of our tenants. Our tenants are highly appreciative of our accessibility, with prompt and effective responses to maintenance requests and general enquiries. There is a refuse collection service from the front door of each apartment every morning. The hallways and grounds are maintained by a team of dedicated contractors, with whom we have a long-term and highly effective business association.
We also have in place an ongoing improvement program, with a view to continuously increasing the safety and comfort of our tenants.
Most of our existing long-term tenants are retired, semi-retired or working couples who set a high priority on peace and quiet. To aid keeping the surroundings tranquil, clean and well-maintained we do have a no pet policy for cats and dogs, although smaller pets may be considered.
As a family run business with 45 years’ experience in successfully letting and managing rental properties, we remain fully committed to our traditional values. Although a family business we set a premium on professionalism, and take regular training from industry professionals regarding our practices and procedures.
Our aim has always been to set fair rents, with regard to the standard of accommodation and affordability, our agreements are very clear with no hidden costs or charges. Although we retain the right to review rents annually in practice it is unusual for tenants to have their rent increased within the first three years with many tenants enjoying inflation-free rentals much longer than that.
